Terms of use

The plain rules for using Stock Photo Checker. Last updated 13 October 2026.

1. The service

Stock Photo Checker checks photos you upload for problems stock agencies commonly reject them for, and helps you sort them. It is run by Webtulip, Kollam, Kerala, India. It is in early access: it is still being built, features are added and changed as it grows, and some (accounts, the AI checks, payments) are not open to everyone yet. Stock Photo Checker is not affiliated with Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Getty Images or any other agency.

2. Your account

  • Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • An account may be switched off or removed, for example if it is misused or no longer needed.
  • To have your account and everything in it deleted, ask the site owner.

3. Your photos

  • Upload only photos you own or have the right to use. They remain yours: Stock Photo Checker claims no rights in them and uses them only to check them for you.
  • Originals are deleted once checked; reports keep a reduced preview and the findings until you delete the album. See Privacy.
  • Don't upload anything illegal, anything you have no right to share, or anything meant to harm the service or other people.

4. The results are guidance

The checks are automatic measurements and can be wrong in either direction: a photo marked "Ready to submit" can still be rejected, and one marked "Likely rejected" can be accepted. Agencies decide for themselves, with rules that change. Always look at your photos at 100% before you submit them; Stock Photo Checker is not responsible for an agency's decision.

5. Prices and payments

The technical checks are free within the daily allowance. Paid features (credits for the AI checks) are not on sale yet: the Pricing page shows the planned prices, and payments are in test mode, so nothing can be bought or charged. When they open, the price is always shown before you pay.

6. Availability

Stock Photo Checker is offered as it is. It may be changed, paused or stopped at any time, and albums may be lost through a fault; keep your own copies of your photos.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, Webtulip is not liable for any loss arising from use of Stock Photo Checker, including lost sales, rejected submissions or lost data.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top says when. Using Stock Photo Checker after a change means accepting the new terms.
